Our current collection offers four families of finishes: Lacquered Silver Leaf, Faux Skins and contemporary Urban Finishes
Prized lacquered finishes were developed for the Chinese Elite of the Shang Dynasty, from 1046 BC. Vietnamese artisans rediscovered the ancient techniques in the 1920s. Individual pieces of genuine Silver Leaf are applied and coated with eleven layers of protective lacquer, each layer being highly polished by hand.
Our Faux skin collection of placemats comprises two natural print finishes: Shagreen (Stingray) and Boa (Snake).
Our Contemporary ranges are inspired by urban living with smart pared-down industrial finishes in Vintage Brass and Urban Iron.
